作者簡介
周姚萍
大學主修新聞，嚮往從事報導文學的工作，後來機緣巧合開始創作兒童文學。期許自己以兒童文學的表達形式，為小讀者呈現和他們生活彼此牽繋的各層面「報導文學」，讓他們更了解這個世界，也因此能過得更好。
著有《山城之夏》、《臺灣小兵造飛機》、《我的名字叫希望》、《單手女孩向前跑》、《翻轉！假期！》等書（以上皆由小魯文化出版）。作品曾獲得新聞局優良圖書推薦獎、聯合報讀書人最佳童書獎、「好書大家讀」年度好書、幼獅青少年文學獎、九歌年度童話獎等獎項。
繪者簡介
仲雅筠
小時候最喜歡有插圖的書，長大後很高興有機會為書配插圖，希望這些圖更容易讓小朋友們愛上閱讀。喜歡自然界的美好，最常見的朋友是在窗外停佇的鳥兒。

Love this mat!

I love this mat. I use it 5x per week with my strength training, cardio, stretching, whaever workouts. I prefer to be barefoot on it. It’s holding up well and is easy to roll up and store when not in use. I like the size, it gives me enough room to do whatever workout I need to do. The green color is very cute too! I’m 5’3”

Absolutely love the size and thickness of the mat. Perfect for Pilates. The traction is not as good as advertised. Definitely still slippery for certain positions. But overall good price for the money.
