The lightweight, active PA setup is designed to provide high-powered, wide-range frequency reproduction for sound engineers, presenters, and DJs in clubs, parties, concert venues, and live stage events. The kit includes the powered subwoofer, magnetic speaker pole, column array speaker, power cord, and carry bag for the speaker pole and column array.
Designed for larger gigs with audiences up to 500 people, the Electro-Voice EVOLVE 90 Portable Bluetooth-Enabled Subwoofer is part of the EVOLVE 90 portable PA system, which consists of a powered subwoofer, magnetic speaker pole, and a column array full-range speaker. The powered subwoofer utilizes an 18" driver and is powered by the integrated amplifier, which when combined with the column array, provides a frequency response of 28 Hz to 20 kHz with a maximum SPL output of 134 dB.
System setup is simple and fast. Slide the magnetically locking mounting pole into the appropriate port on top of the subwoofer, then place the column speaker array on the pole. The EVOLVE 90 subwoofer features an advanced mixer with professional-grade mic preamps and mix functions. High-resolution, low-latency Bluetooth audio streaming ensures professional-quality results for music playback or accompaniment. There are mic and line inputs via XLR-1/4" combo jacks, stereo RCA, and digital AES/EBU (XLR) input jacks as well as XLR Mix and Sub outputs. The EVOLVE 90 subwoofer ships with a power cord.
The EVOLVE 90 Column Loudspeaker System is a powerful yet portable addition to the EVOLVE family. It has been designed to bring impeccable audio quality and extreme output alongside ease of use and portability to professionals looking to cover larger gigs with audience sizes of up to 500 people.
The EVOLVE 90 continues the tradition of being highly portable, thanks to the advanced materials combined with ergonomic design principles used throughout the system, ensuring that the acoustic performance exceeds customer expectations while also being the lightest and most portable model in its class.
The 18" subwoofer takes low-frequency extension down to 28 Hz at a remarkable 134 dB SPL. This massive bass output, combined with the highly efficient laminar-flow vent design and powerhouse 4" voice coils ensure maximum performance and sustained high output, perfect for bass-heavy dance music.
EVOLVE 90 has been created to cater to the evolving needs of professional users, including pro DJs, bands, production companies, event organizers, and venues. Designed for rapid deployment, EVOLVE 90 features the EVOLVE 3-2-1 approach for assembly, which has set the standard in the industry for fast setup and teardown. As 3-2-1 promises, the three pieces fit together in two clicks to form one system.
The Electro-Voice EVOLVE 70 / 90 Portable PA Column Array is part of the EVOLVE portable PA system, which consists of a powered subwoofer, magnetic speaker pole, and the column array. The column array utilizes eight 4.7" neodymium drivers with a custom-designed waveguide, which provides consistent (120°) horizontal coverage. The column speaker array is powered by the subwoofer's integrated amplifier.
System setup is simple and fast. Slide the magnetically locking mounting pole into the appropriate hole on top of the subwoofer, then place the column speaker array on the pole. You don't have to run cables between the sub and speaker array; audio connectivity between them is made via internal cabling in the mounting pole. The column array ships with the sub pole and a carrying case.
The EVOLVE column array features eight 4.7" neodymium drivers for clear, powerful 120°-wide coverage via proprietary waveguides, with array-formed asymmetrical 25° vertical coverage. Advanced FIR processing ensures linear frequency response and phase alignment.
