# The manufacturing process of this Handmade MOP Inlay 7 Drawers Chest is divided into many stages. First of all, our highly skilled and experienced craftsman creates an MDF wooden base, which is sturdy, followed by carving delicate pieces of MOP on the wooden base. Once the patterns are set in MOP on the wooden base, layers of resin are laid which gives this chest of drawers a very desirable and rich look. Once this is done, the excess is sanded off and the chest of drawers is applied color and is polished to make it look more beautiful with its shine and pattern.

# Care and Cleaning Instructions:
- To preserve your MOP Inlay furniture, you must be – gentle as an organic material like MOP is porous.
- To clean, use a slightly moistened lint-free cloth & dab rather than rub. Wipe gently with a warm, damp cloth; if necessary, use mild soap and dry immediately after cleaning. Don’t use harsh cleaning products.
- We recommend you put a small amount of furniture wax on your MOP Inlay furniture, from time to time, to sustain its shine & look.
# Note: If you receive a product with a pungent smell, it is due to the application of wax before shipping and is nothing to be worried about. We suggest you to place the furniture in an open area (not directly in sunlight) for a few days, so the smell fades away.
Cancelation
- Order, once placed cannot be canceled after 24 hours.
Return/Refund
- No return/refund is available for this product as we provide made-to-order goods, which are made once you place an order.
Replacement
However, if goods are damaged in transit, a replacement can be initiated under only 2 conditions:
- If the shipments are 100% damaged, we will initiate a replacement only once we get reimbursement from the insurance company.
- If the Shipment is partially damaged, we will reimburse you the repair cost.
Custom and Taxes
- All the taxes & Customs duties will be borne by the buyer.
- If the buyer fails to respond to the customs department within 7 days of the arrival of the parcel, the package will be destroyed by customs & we will not be held liable for it in that case.
