This innovative system is designed to electronically restore the external sound level back to normal, and is powered by two AAA batteries for approximately 600 hours of run time. Ergonomic ear cushions provide optimal comfort for elongated sessions, and perfectly seal to the users head for maximum safety and effectiveness. An automatic shut-off is built-in into this headset and will commence once the unit has been running for 4 hours. The M32H MOD3 Tactical Communication Hearing Protector is designed to be used on all ARC FAST Helmets, and is attached to the helmet via the adjustable ARC mount. Players can use the included AUX cable which plugs into the NATO MIL-SPEC 7.0 Plug to use their existing Earmor or Military PTT to stay connected verbally during gameplay. The included microphone can be installed on either the left or right side of the system based on player preference, or can be removed altogether for a more low-profile setup.
