East Man is a new project from Anthoney Hart and it's material predates his previous work as Basic Rhythm. His own name for this hardcore continuum mongrel is 'Hi Tek'.London's young people have been seen as a problem by governments for many generations now. Their distinctive street cultures stretch back into the nineteenth century when, just like today, a stylish public presence signified danger to respectable people. At that time, Britain's class conflicts were being re-made amidst all the glorious fruits of a global empire. Divisions like class and sex had different shapes and tempos that hardly resemble the machinery of our increasingly networked and unequal world. Religion, racism and nationalism were all important, but work, exploitation and poverty supplied the fiery core of politricks.These days, Britain's imperial wealth and prestige are long gone. Today's young people are excluded and marginalized, confined and criminalized, yet they remain at the heart of the vital, energetic best of our city. Their energy and imagination drive London's convivial culture. They duck and dive just like their predecessors. They hustle, they suffer and they survive. Even where knives are common, most of the problems that come up get resolved without murderous violence. The defining experience of their precarious situation is more likely to be fear or anxiety than warfare between gangs. Their violence is more likely to turn inwards on to their loved ones and family members. There are many forms of self harm and self medication.The music that comes out of that edgy world isn't what it was a generation ago, but it's still fundamental-necessary for life. literally my favourite mask ever. I first received these as a gift 2 christmases ago and have continued buying them since. they provide almost an in-office feeling treatment. its a pain to wear it all night long, as I dont sleep well with them on but its worth it. your skin feels plump, super hydrated and radiant when you wake up and it last for days. the fit is okay but once you try this product, it won't matter as it is so effective. these are worth splurging on.

Absolutely amazing masks!!!

These masks are beyond amazing! I use one once a week and leave it on overnight after completing my p.m. skincare routine and wake up to smooth, plump, moisturized, and absolutely glowing!! I have extremely sensitive skin and eyes and these masks do not bother me at all. No burning in my eyes and no irritation of the skin. My deep wrinkles seem a lot less pronounced and some of my more fine lines almost disappear for 24 hours after using this mask. They are simple to use and adhere to the skin perfectly even after applying serums and moisturizers. Once the mask is completely absorbed and becomes clear it peels of the skin with ease. Based on the quality of these masks I am shocked by the low price, it is such a great value for your money. This Mask has become a staple in my skincare routine and I will continue to purchase these!!

Woke Up Glowing ✨ (But Sleeping In It Is a Stretch lol)

I was honestly impressed with this mask! It feels super soft, cooling, and refreshing while wearing it. The jelly texture makes it feel really hydrating and luxe, like a mini spa night at home. My skin looked smooth, plump, and GLOWING the entire next day after I took it off. Like… noticeably radiant.
I also have sensitive skin, so I was a little nervous trying it at first, but I didn’t have any irritation or reaction at all. My skin felt calm, hydrated, and refreshed afterward.
One thing I actually liked was that the mask was easy to customize a little. I have a nose piercing, so I just tore a small piece near my nose so it would fit comfortably without irritating it. The material held up perfectly, so that was a nice bonus for anyone with piercings or who just needs a better fit in certain areas.
My only complaint is the “sleep in it” part of the instructions. I personally don’t see how that’s possible 😅 The mask stays pretty moist and jelly-like the whole time, so it felt uncomfortable to lay down in and I kept feeling like it would slide around. I ended up just wearing it for a while before bed instead.
Overall though, the results were worth it and I’d definitely use it again for the glow alone!

Miracle in a mask

I'm going to start this by saying I'm *really* not used to things just.... working.... as advertised. Especially when it comes to skincare. That said, after ONE USE I saw a noticeable difference in my skin. I've had notoriously aggravating combination skin my entire life- but this mask is the FIRST time anything has effectively evened that out.
Granted, this is only 1 use, but to have such a dramatic increase in hydration, improvement in under eye puffiness and dark circles, and my skin no longer feeling tired/dull? Beyond impressed. The glow lasted about 5 days! No smell or weird textures/residues, works amazingly, and so easy to use.
Tips:
- Sleeping in this is definitely not as comfortable or easy as social media makes it out to be (esp for side/belly sleepers). So back sleeping or bust IMHO. You absolutely need to wait at least an hour after applying it before trying to sleep in it so it starts to mold to your face.
- This mask has a CRAZY cooling effect. For my ND girlies with the tism, keep that in mind and find something to occupy your mind while it calms down. By the time it's ready to come off, it feels "normal".
- Use the mouth hole piece for the space between your eyebrows and the eye hole pieces on your nasolabial folds.
- I used scissors to make tiny slits in the areas that needed to sit more flush with the contours of my face
- The material is very forgiving and allows you to place it, move it, and mold it before it starts to really stick to your face. That said, it is very thin/fragile! So if you have to fuss with it, do so very gently. Make sure all edges and corners are flush to your skin.
- Helps to tilt your head back a wee bit, place it at the center, lay it on your skin, and then smooth it from the center outwards. You'll see if you have bubbles under any areas so you can smooth those out before it starts to dry.
- I've seen some influencers say to just let the remaining product absorb into your skin after you take the mask off, but I couldn't fathom slapping primer and blush over that so I washed it off. The pic i posted is before i washed my face, about 10min after removing the mask (mind my RBF, no coffee yet lol).

Nice mask! Caviar

The first 3 pictures were taken after the first hour and a half. The second 3 pictures were taken at 2 hours. The mask had a hard time dissolving underneath my eyes and around my chin area mostly but everywhere else it hardened within the first hour or so. I will try to wear it for longer than 2 hours next time. To see if that changes, but my skin feels really nice right now. It's a little sticky, but it looks healthy and has a nice glow. Application is easy. I love that its separated into 2 parts.
Doesn't fit well around the nose between the eyes and doesn't cover my entire face but its a great mask. I tried the caviar one this time. I have the collagen ones as well but these have better reviews.
They seem to work effectively, for a nice glow and self pamper session.
