The 2019 Selapiana Villa Petrognano Pomino Rosso D.O.C. is a blend of 60% Sangiovese, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot that is organic certified and aged in a mix of 2,500 liter French oak cask and French barriques for 23 months. From the first sip you know you are drinking an Italian wine due to the meaty, dry tannins, tart red berry fruits, and lively balance of acidity punctuated by a pleasantly long finish. This little known DOC has a wine champion and it's made by Salvapiana. This wine is made for more complex cuisine like Italian sausage stuffed quail, chingale ragu, or flank steak roulade. Worth the money!

This kit is great. I bought this because I know that the seller paired the cutting tool to be the perfect size and it was! Not just that, but the hole cutter was well done and cut thru the 3 layers - laminate, plywood and particle board with ease. The only thing that I would do different, is go to 3" next time. 2" was very tight when running the 2 @ 120 volt cord ends through the cap.
