Each 28” Atlantis Gong looks slightly different from most gongs. A special process of metallurgy creates a unique gong that is mysterious in both look and sound. The raw finish of this keeps it deeper than other gongs at the same size, with pockets of mysterious overtones and harmonics hidden throughout the face, ready for deep sea exploration.

The 28” Chau Gong is iconic in appearance. It is what many people see in their mind’s eye when they think of a Chinese Gong. The bull’s-eye design is created by the metal lathing between the rim of the gong and the center. When tapped gently, the sound is deep and meditative with long sustain. The lathing allows you to build up to a good, complex crash.

The 28” Dark Star Gong is similar to the Chau Gong, with thick metal and a deep rim. But it rises above the traditional Chau Gong because of its additional lathing and unique finish. It's able to hold deeper notes longer without breaking into an explosive crash. The unlathed rim helps to contain the splashy brightness, while the fully lathed interior adds warmth and complexity, bringing balance to your sound baths.
