After the loss of my beloved son in 2015, my journal became my companion that I take everywhere I go. Some days, I fill multiple pages, and other days, I may write just one word that describes how I feel that day or at that moment. Journaling continues to give me a sense of peace and a way of releasing all of my feelings and emotions.
Journaling can be a way to exhale.
