Product Overview

The Sun-Mar GTG is a compact composting and separating toilet designed for situations where a conventional toilet is not practical. It is described as Sun-Mar’s smallest and most economical toilet, with a modern, European inspired appearance and a footprint that allows it to fit into spaces where size matters. Built by a brand recognized for its long history in this category, the GTG is intended for a wide range of environments where flexibility, simplicity, and a self contained design are priorities.

Why This Product Makes Sense

Choosing a toilet outside the conventional category usually comes after careful consideration. Space constraints, location limitations, or the desire to avoid the complexity of traditional plumbing all tend to push buyers toward compact, alternative solutions. In those situations, size and clarity of purpose matter more than added features that never get used.

The GTG is positioned around being small, economical, and straightforward. Its ultra compact size allows it to be considered for environments where larger systems simply do not fit. That includes residential spaces such as homes, cottages, cabins, and tiny homes, as well as working environments like farms, warehouses, garages, barns, and stables. It is also suited to mobile or specialty spaces including boats, RVs, aircraft hangars, and similar locations where adaptability is essential.

Sun-Mar’s role as a long standing manufacturer in composting and separating toilets provides context for the GTG’s design. Rather than trying to cover every possible scenario with one oversized solution, this model extends their lineup with a toilet that focuses on efficiency and minimal footprint. For buyers who value proven category experience, that lineage helps reduce uncertainty when evaluating alternatives.

The modern styling is intentional. Many buyers want functionality without the space feeling temporary or improvised. A clean, contemporary appearance allows the toilet to exist comfortably in both residential and utility settings. This balance makes it easier to place the GTG in visible areas without it feeling out of place.

Economical does not simply mean lower upfront cost. In practice, it often means choosing a product that avoids unnecessary complexity and focuses on doing its core job well. By keeping the design compact and purpose driven, the GTG appeals to buyers who want a practical solution that aligns with real world constraints rather than idealized scenarios.

For those comparing multiple options, the appeal of the GTG is its clarity. It is not positioned as an all things to all users product. Instead, it is a small, self contained toilet meant for places where conventional toilets are impractical or inefficient. That specificity often makes decision making easier for buyers who prefer to choose once and choose correctly.

What To Expect From It

In daily use, the GTG functions as a compact composting and separating toilet intended to operate independently of conventional plumbing. Its small size shapes the ownership experience, allowing it to be placed in areas where space is limited without dominating the room. This makes it suitable for both permanent and semi permanent environments.

The design emphasizes simplicity and accessibility. With a form factor that fits into many different settings, the GTG supports a wide range of use cases, from residential applications to agricultural and industrial spaces. Its adaptability is a core part of how it is meant to be used.

Visually, the modern styling helps maintain a clean and organized appearance. This is particularly valuable in homes and shared spaces, where aesthetics still matter even when function is the primary driver. The toilet is designed to look intentional rather than improvised.

Owners typically approach the GTG as a practical fixture rather than a feature piece. It is meant to be dependable, space efficient, and easy to integrate into environments where traditional options are either unavailable or impractical. By focusing on compactness and proven category design, it supports consistent expectations over time.

Thinking about fit comes down to space and purpose. Where size constraints exist and flexibility is required, the GTG aligns well with those needs. It is designed to serve as a reliable toilet in places that demand efficiency without unnecessary complexity.

Excellent short-book analysis
Format: Paperback
This short book is an outstanding analysis of how nations end wars, or accept peace. Ikle shows how governments often prefer obviously self-destructive courses rather then compromise peace terms. The problem is most acute when factional interests dominate strategy rather then a rational unitary interest. In such a circumstance, factions that benefit from continuing the war will accuse those pursuing peace of treason. Sadly, there is no equivalent derogatory word in English for those who pursue war to the detriment of their country. The book was first written in 1971, and most of the examples are from the two world wars. The work is still extremely relevant, and at 130 pages it's well worth the time. Highly recommended as a first book to read on ending war.

Really nice quality filter, and a good replacement for the Fram TG11665 that's now become more expensive & harder to find. 99% efficiency @ 20 micron. Pleat spacing was smooth & even with no excess glue; made in South Korea.

Perfect fit for 2019 Jeep 3.2L engine
Size: (Pack of 1)
No way to really know how a filter is doing without a close examination AFTER it is used, but then the amount of debris trapped by a filter depends on how much debris is generated by the engine. But this filter looks to be quality constriction and is rated to 15,000 miles using synthetic oil. The brand is well known and has been in business for many decades, trusted by many.
