Expertly manufactured from strong aluminium, as an eco-friendly alternative to steel, this version of the Porta-Gantry offers a substantial working load limit of 2000kg (2 Tonnes) making it suitable for an extensive range of applications, as well as up to five persons for fall arrest applications.
This lightweight and robust portable lifting solution consists of two adjustable (height) A-frames and a beam length – all interchangeable between variations – with A-Frames heights ranging from 1.605m right up to 5.829m and available beam lengths from 2.5m to 8.4m.
The Porta-Gantry is also very easy to assemble and adjust, with only 4 bolts, but thanks to its robust components and excellent build quality, optimal safety is guaranteed.
Engineered with your safety at the forefront of every element, the Porta-Gantry comes with ergonomic 360° swivel locking castors as standard, but why not enhance your system further by upgrading to either Directional Lock Castors or Pneumatic Castors? The choice is yours, with other optional extras available on request should you require something that little more bespoke (scroll to the bottom to see what’s available).
EN795:2012 and ATEX Certified (Zone 2 as standard, with Zone 1 available as an optional extra), the Porta-Gantry has also been anodised for increased corrosion protection, meeting the needs of users who operate in aggressive environments.
