A daily pre-work inspection should be carried out and recorded on these tags.
Our tag holder should be permanently fixed to the equipment in a suitable safe place. Perform an inspection (checklist is printed on the reverse) and record the results on the tag. In the event of the equipment failing inspection, remove the insert and inform a supervisor.
MEWP safety inserts are designed for use with the large tag holder, which will display 'Do not use this equipment'when the insert is removed.
