Dose:

Vaidyaratnam Vasaguloochyadi Kashayam should be consumed after consulting an Ayurvedic expert. Generally, the below steps are followed to have the decoction.

• Take 12-24ml of the tonic per day
• Have the tonic along with a quarter teaspoon of honey to improve the taste
• Add an equal amount of lukewarm water with the tonic before consumption
• Have the decoction before meals; preferably once at 6-7 am and once at 6-7 pm
