- Each cavity is rated for up to 120 lb. and can hold 7 full-size pans or 14 half-size pans on wire shelves only.
- Simple or deluxe controls support cook-by-time or probe operation, with automatic switch from cook mode to hold mode when settings are reached.
- Heavy-duty stainless steel construction and 3-1/2 inch casters support durability and easier mobility.
