When the oil level drops below 10% capacity a symbol appears indicating it is time to order more oil.

The information is relayed wirelessly to the receiver unit and there is no internet connection required. It works within a 200m range and has a long-life lithium battery in the transmitter. Most modern oil tanks are pre-drilled to facilitate a gauge but some require the oil tank to be drilled for installation of the gauge. This oil gauge works perfectly for people with limited mobility that may not be physically able to reach the top of a tank with a dipstick.
