RKS Universal 2 ft. x 2 ft. Fluorescent Fixture Retrofit Kit. Easily converts most all your existing residential and commercial 2-foot, T8 and T12 linear and U-Bent, fluorescent light fixtures into an integrated LED light fixture. This retrofit kit works with the earliest to the latest versions of ceiling mount, two-foot fluorescent light fixtures, regardless of the style, manufacturer or existing ballast type including linear high bay, strip or wrap fixtures and even chain suspended shop lights. Since the retrofit kit contains the LED driver, there is no guess work to determine if it is compatible with your existing fixtures’ magnetic or electronic ballast. Super simple installation in 3 easy steps: 1). Remove existing bulbs and ballast. 2). Attach magnetically backed driver and connect to AC power source. 3). Attach magnetically backed LED strips and quick connect to Y-harness. If your fixture isn't steel, no worries, the kit is pre-drilled and comes with mounting screws. The fixture is DLC listed to qualify for commercial lighting rebates and special incentives in certain regional areas.- One retrofit kit converts a 2 x 2 ft. fixture with up to 4 lamps or two retrofit kits converts one 2 ft. fixture with 6 lamps; See our Optilumen RKS Selection and Savings Chart

- LED strips and driver are backed with rare earth magnetic tape, attaches to the existing steel light fixture in seconds

Very Informative, but lacking in one or two areas.

I'm disabled and need a better living condition. I'm already on the waiting list for S8 and have been for the last year and a half.
The book is informative, but it lacks in some areas. The author seems to think that many on disability have the option to "physically move around" doing chores and visiting offices. I'm a disabled 53 year old man, homebound and just recently lost daytime access to my little truck, only available to me during the weekends and evening hours, and when I do have it, it's rare I drive long distances. I cannot even afford to ride public transportation and have no one else to lean on for support.
Also he seems to think that buying donuts/lunch for the whole office is a way in... maybe it's a way in for those that can afford it.. but not for many.
Other than that.. it's worth to buy the download of the book itself.

Can be useful for some.
Format: Paperback
This book is an easy read. I read it in one sitting. I found the information interesting, and not boring. Please keep in mind that everyone's situation is different, and not all tips will apply to you. I did find some points useful for future reference. If you're someone who doesn't know much about section 8 you would probably find this book helpful. Overall, I don't regret getting this book.

Great even if you don't use section 8
This a great book even if you aren't planning to use section 8. I learned a lot of things to go on the frugal side to save some money. This guy had 300 homes so you know he was doing something right. It was so interesting to read. Great book...I read it fast and I read it 2 times. I followed a lot of his tips.
