Depending on the situation and application, you can choose between the fold-out metal hook with STABILA SPIKES coating, an integrated eyelet, or the large plastic ring with a nail groove.
Suitable for use with either hand by simply switching the crank.
Features:
Rugged Y-reel tape measure with a scale in inches made of PC/ABS plastic protects the blade against shock and impact.
Ergonomic softgrip handle for comfortable handling.
Extremely resistant STABILA NYLON-WRAP coating protects the blade against corrosion and wear.
STABILA UNIVERSAL SPIKES HOOK: variable attachment options thanks to a fold-out SPIKES hook with an integrated eyelet and large, shatterproof plastic ring with a nail groove - for a secure hold when pulling the blade.
STABILA SPIKES coating improves resistance to slipping on smooth surfaces and when measuring over long distances.
STABILA CRANK CHANGE - crank easily switches from right-handed to left-handed operation.
Plastic ring: easy to calculate the measured length - approx. 3/4 inch between zero and the notch, approx. 2 inches between zero and where the ring starts.
The 0 is at the beginning of the blade clasp.

Is super soft and works for elderly

My mom has been ill and confined to her recliner for sleeping. She developed pressure sores and was in a great deal of pain. We needed to treat the sores and I researched how to prevent in first place and found that genuine sheepskin helps. I had no idea this was a thing. I ordered this for her recliner and a seat one for the car. She loves this. She said she could feel an immediate difference in sitting for so long that she didn't need to shift constantly. I don't understand the mechanics behind why this works but I'm grateful for something natural and affordable like this to offer such relief.
