In testing, this system resulted in gains up to +14 horsepower and +22 lbs. x ft. of torque verified by our in house dyno. This cat-back exhaust utilizes dual high-flow 304 stainless steel mufflers to improve performance across the power band while maintaining an aggressive sound. To finish off the exhaust are quad, 304 stainless steel, high-luster, polished 3-1/2" diameter tips. The tips come with laser-etched Takeda logos for an aggressive style. This unit is 100% TIG-Welded by certified craftsmen for race proven strength and durability and is a direct bolt-on system that requires no modifications. Great resource for new or seasoned STR owners
Format: Kindle
This book is a must read for new STR business owners but seasoned owners can glean insights as well.
It covers many facets of owning and managing a short term rental that you should be aware of.
Of particular value are the pitfalls to avoid that I see many hosts make. The book also covers many of the management tools and strategies that are necessary to be a successful business owner, and to make it easier in the process. I believe anyone that reads this book will learn something new.

Short term rental starting point
Format: Kindle
Very concise explanation of what you would need to know to determine if you would want to “enter the game” and then help to do the next steps. Many people especially when interest rates were low thought STR would be an easy way to have passive income and long term investment BUT understanding the “game “ is crucial to making good decisions. This book can aide in those situations.

This is a great resource for learning things about your Airbnb listing and how to maximize your success, BUT if you are purchasing this book because you read in the Intro, "Elevate your hosting game with Chatgpt", please know the "free download" link/website shared does NOT exist/no longer works. I do wish I had realized that before purchasing.

Game changer for AirBnB hosting. I've though about this avenue, but there seemed to be so many hurdles, like figuring out the right pricing and making my place stand out.
