風之森唯一以「燗酒」為設計理念的作品。
為了讓飲者能享受不同溫度所帶來的風味變化，菩提酛所孕生的酸度與胺基酸，為酒體增添了複雜度與層次。同時，以部分陳放超過 10 年的古酒取代一部分仕込み水，使酒體呈現自然的甘甜與深度。
酒液帶有來自古酒的美麗金色光澤。建議倒入酒杯中細細品飲。
他們的商品基本上全是無濾過・無加水・生酒、有著生酒獨有的層次豐富而細膩的質感、味道立體鮮明是風之森的特徴。只使用自社研發的"7号酵母"。酒香自然、有時候像果實般的香味。
風之森美味的秘訣①、使用能以-10℃冷藏保存、強力的酒桶。經常保持住最適合發酵的溫度、令低精米的酒的味道、高品質出品。
風之森美味的秘訣②、有極小的氣泡的一種特殊的水、「Ultra Fine Buble」水來洗米、把米裡面的多餘過礦物質或蛋白質除去、就算精米步合80％的低精米也一樣優雅柔和、造出層次多變帶點複雑充滿立體感的酒。

This is a really nice, gentle cleanser that works well for everyday use. It feels effective without being harsh, and it doesn’t leave my skin feeling tight or irritated afterward.

A must have for young, acne prone skin!
I recommend this product to every one. Its a cheaper alternative that provides real results. I started out using it everyday, but found it works best around my breakouts (usually hormonal). Its help the texture of my skin even out. My 14 year old son uses it daily for his acne and the difference it has made is day and night. It has slite scent to it, but nothing overwhelming.
