Caltrate Bone & Muscle combines a unique blend of calcium and 4 other minerals that are important for collagen formation to support bone strength & flexibility. Plus high levels of Vitamin D to support muscle strength, to help keep you moving.

Active ingredients: 
Calcium Carbonate 1500mg (equivalent to 600mg of Elemental Calcium),
Cholecalciferol 25mcg (1000IU of Vitamin D3),
Magnesium 50mg (as oxide),
Zinc 7.5mg (as oxide),
Copper 500mcg (as sulphate),
Manganese 1.75mg (as sulphate).

Directions: 
Adults - Take one to two tablets daily with liquid after a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional. If taking two tablets daily it is suggested that you take each tablet at a different meal time.

No added lactose, gluten, flavours or preservatives.

Contraindications and cautions:

• Store below 25 ̊C
• Do not exceed the recommended dose.
• Contains soya beans.
• Suitable for sodium restricted diets.
• Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients.
• Ask your doctor before use if you have impaired renal function.
• Consult your physician before taking this product if you are presently taking or have recently taken a prescription drug.
