Our pancakes do not contain any raising agents and are still fluffy and great in taste. These contain 23% fruit powder content, 10% unrefined sugar (jaggery) and has goodness of millets with no chemicals and preservatives for your little ones. These are a best snack option for babies above 18months of age.
Ingredients:
- Organic Ragi (Sprouted), Oats, Banana Powder, Dates Powder, Organic Jaggery Powder, Cocoa Powder.
How to Use:
- 1 cup pancake mix
- 3/4 cup warm milk
- 4 tsp melted butter/one egg yolk
- 1/8 tsp baking powder (optional)
- Mix all the ingredients together. Spread on greased tawa in desired amount. Cover with a lid to cookon both sides on a very low flame.
