Warranty terms*
1-year warranty for defective spare parts.
In 1-year warranty period: Two times on-site service free of charge will be provided. After that, there is $800 per visit for on-site service. (Separated quote for remote areas)
For off-site service at distributor workshop, no service charge required. Customers are responsible for the transportation charge to and from workshop by themselves.
After 1-year warranty period: $800 per visit (separated quote for remote areas) is required for any service of on-site and off-site visit. Customers are responsible for the any cost of spare parts, transportation charge to and from workshop by themselves.
