We are constantly bombarded with messaging from society that our bodies are wrong creating fear and distrust of the knowledge contained within them.
Working with the energy of Lilith we are able to confront and free ourselves from this programming so that we are able to tune in directly to the wisdom within the body without guilt or shame. The energy of Lilith is a primal force within us that needs to be seen and heard in order to claim our sovereignty. When feeling trapped she can become enraged to fight and that part of us often becomes misunderstood and vilified.
- We will begin by creating a safe space to listen to our bodies through meditation and breathwork.
- We will learn to trust our bodies, so we are able to be guided by them and ultimately take responsibility for how, where, and when we express our needs.
- Your body will be supported exactly as it is right now. We can tune into our physical bodies through movement at any level of fitness ability or interest.
- We will learn how to tap into deeply rooted anger and harness it as a tool of self-awareness
- We will anoint ourselves with essential oils to further support us with the unconditional love of the Mother Earth and move deeper into ourselves.
- Participants will receive a 15 minute mini astrology reading prior to the workshop to learn about their True Black Moon Lilith placement and the energy it brings into their lives.
- A variety of snacks to nourish your body as needed.

Must have pre-schooler book on kindness/empathy

This is great because it gives lots of tangible acts of kindness that a toddler/preschooler can understand. It has a feel of preventing bullying by encouraging kindness towards your peers at a young age. It touches upon gratitude and empathy. There is a wonderful range of diversity in skin tones and also includes a child with waking aid & one with a hearing aid. Illustrations are bright and basic. Arms & hands of characters are sort of stiff, so while a previous review implies there is something wrong you would really have to be looking closely and making assumptions to find hands between the waist and knees doing anything wrong.

Inclusion- without making that the focal point!
Format: Hardcover
This book shows representation for physical disabilities and different skin tones without that being the headliner of the book. It also emphasizes being kind to anyone/ everyone - and not because they are different. Showing children with hearing aids drawing pictures to cheer someone up (with no mention of the disability) or showing a child with assisted walking needs planting seeds at a community garden- These children are not the victims of this book who need kindness, but are thoughtfully included to be spreading kindness to others.

This book is worth your time!
Format: Hardcover
Purchased this book because I’m in a Kindergarten classroom and teaching Kindness is so important to me. This book is beautifully illustrated with great art work that invokes questions. So much is going on in each page and children pay attention to it all! This book is worth getting and you will not regret it! I’m so glad I purchased it. I was gonna donate it to the class but I decided to keep it for when my niece and nephew come over to my house to sleepover. Great book!

A hit with 17 Mo Grandson
Format: Hardcover
Bot for 17 mo old grandson. The words were too much for him to understand but he loved the bright color pictures. We had to read it 3 times the first day. It is very sturdy so he can turn the pages easily. The sentiments used are very good and the characters very diverse.
