Mit dem Kreisstickapparat #83 können Sie ausgefallene und dekorative Kreise oder Halbkreise sticken. Der Apparat wird am Freiarm festgeschraubt. Der Drehpunkt kann entweder links oder rechts liegen. Die Fixierschraube ist dabei so flach, dass der Stofftransport nicht gestört wird. Am Schlitten lässt sich ein Radius zwischen 2,5 bis 13,5 cm einstellen. Für das Kreissticken muss der Stoff gut stabilisiert sein. Daher sollten Sie das Nähgut mit 2 oder 3 Lagen Vlies unterlegen.

Der Stoff wird auf die Drehpunktspitze gesteckt und mit einer Gummikappe fixiert. So kann beim Nähen nichts verrutschen. Der Kreisstickapparat kann mit verschiedenen Nähfüssen kombiniert werden. Sie können Kreise mit jeglichen Dekorstichen nähen und sogar kreisförmig Buchstaben anordnen.

    Nice functional printer at a low price-point

    At this price-point, the WF-3820 is a winner for a home printer with not much printing volume. It prints well. It was easy to set up the printer and wireless printing from a couple of computers. It uses ink cartridges. While Epson goes to great lengths to advertise/tout its cartridge-free printer models, if you don't print a lot this unit will do fine for you. Did I mention that it's relatively cheap? Has a fax function, but I don't have a landline anymore. It is a bit tall, and you have to open the scanner to access the ink cartridges; so beware if you're putting it in a cabinet or shelf without some decent head room.

    Given the 'not so good' reviews, I was a little apprehensive to buy this printer at first. This replaces a WF3620, in which I was very happy with its performance. But the print head began to print only Yellow and Black, and several attempts to 'unclog' the Cyan and Magenta nossles proved unsuccessful. But, I am very happy with the WF3820 - both with the price and the performance. It is faster and the graphics are clear and sharp. The 'jury' is still out on how much toner it uses, but suspect it is around the same as with the WF3620. If so, then I will retain my 5 Star rating.
