Manufaktur Vodka wird aus hochwertigem Weizen gebrannt, fünffach destilliert und mit unserem einzigartigem Filtrationsverfahren in drei Stufen veredelt:
Im ersten Schritt fällen wir durch Milch organische Verunreinigungen wie Fuselalkohole aus. Durch Zugabe von Schichtensilikaten aus Vulkanasche binden wir im zweiten Schritt verschiedene geladene Störstoffe. Alle restlichen unerwünschten Verbindungen werden im letzten Schritt auf molekularer Ebene durch Aktivkohle und ihre hohe innere Oberfläche entfernt.
Das Ergebnis: Ein milder Vodka mit feiner, beinahe fruchtiger Süße und einer dezent mineralischen Note.
Dieser Vodka bildet auch die Basis für jedes Produkt der Leipziger Spirituosen Manufaktur.
