Der Gayuma reift drei Jahre lang in ehemaligen Bourbonfässern aus amerikanischer Eiche, bevor er eine doppelte Fassreifung durchläuft: 6 Monate in stark getoasteten ehemaligen Rioja-Fässern, gefolgt von 3 Monaten in reichhaltigen, wärmenden und rauchig getoasteten Eichenfässern, in denen zuerst Scotch Whisky von der legendären Insel Islay gelagert wurde.

Farbe : Dunkles Bernstein.
