Einfach auf den Sitz setzen, die Füße aufstellen und am Griff ziehen. Als Gegengewicht dient dein Eigengewicht. Je nach Grifftechnik kannst du so verschiedene Muskelgruppen effektiv beanspruchen. Greife von unten, wenn du den Bizeps besonders im Fokus hast. Greife von oben, wenn du deine Brustmuskeln stärken willst. Und wenn du den Deltamuskeln und den Rücken trainieren willst, fasse den Griff an der Seite. Bei allen Varianten werden zusätzlich die Beine, dein Gesäß und die Bauchmuskeln beansprucht.
