Topeak stellt mit der TwinTurbo Technologie ein neues Konzept für Standpumpen vor, mit dem es möglich ist, die verwendete Zeit und den betriebenen Aufwand um 50 % zu reduzieren. Seit über 25 Jahren haben die Topeak Entwickler im Hinterkopf die ultimative Standpumpe zu entwickeln. Diese muss sowohl hohen Druck beim Befüllen gewährleisten als auch ein großes Volumen mitbringen, um einerseits Rennrad- genauso wie MTB-Reifen effizient und einfach befüllen zu können. Die TwinTurbo Technologie pumpt dabei mit jedem Zug und jedem Druck, indem Luft zwischen beiden Kammern verlagert wird. Beim Hochziehen des Griffes wird ein erheblicher Teil der Luft der größeren in die kleinere Kammer gepresst. Drückt man den Griff nun herunter, wird die Luft stark komprimiert und es ist so möglich, Rennradreifen mit hohem Druck und MTB-Reifen mit großem Volumen adäquat zu befüllen. Egal welcher Reifen befüllt werden soll, die JoeBlow® Twin Turbo wird Sie sprichwörtlich wegblasen.
