Der Trentina Morbida Barrique reift dann einige Monate in Fässern, in denen zuvor der Grappa Stravecchia Le Diciotto Lune ausgebaut wurde, was ihn noch weicher und samtiger macht. Er ist eine Hommage der Familie Marzadro an die Region, in der sie lebt.
