Die Cool Plate SuperTack Pro wurde speziell für zuverlässige Haftung bei PLA- und PETG-Drucken entwickelt. Dank der optimierten Oberflächenbeschichtung haften Druckobjekte bereits bei niedrigeren Heizbetttemperaturen sicher auf der Bauplatte. Dies reduziert Verzug bei größeren Modellen und verbessert die Erfolgsquote beim Drucken.

Für den H2S ist eine spezielle Version vorgesehen. Die H2D-Ausführung kann verwendet werden, dabei können jedoch Warnmeldungen zur Bauplattenerkennung auftreten.

Haltbarkeit

Die Beschichtung ist für eine langfristige Nutzung ausgelegt und behält ihre Haftwirkung auch nach vielen Druckvorgängen weitgehend bei. Nach 300 Drucken liegt der Haftungsverlust laut Hersteller bei weniger als 15 %.

Hinweise

  • Nicht für TPU geeignet.
  • Bei starker Verschmutzung mit Wasser und Spülmittel reinigen.
  • Keine organischen Lösungsmittel wie Aceton verwenden.
  • Bei sehr fest haftenden Drucken kann die Platte zum leichteren Entfernen auf etwa 50 °C erwärmt werden.
  • Die Platte ist ein Verschleißteil; normale Gebrauchsspuren sind von der Garantie ausgeschlossen.
