Ich forme den hohlen Körper aus weißem Steinzeugton, bohre jedes Lichtloch von Hand und glasiere anschließend mit einer changierenden Bronze­glasur. Nach dem Glasurauftrag wird die Kugel bei 1220 °C gebrannt - dadurch ist sie dauerhaft wetter- und frostfest. Stelle einfach ein großes Teelicht, eine Stumpenkerze oder eine LED-Lichterkette hinein: Die vielen Öffnungen projizieren ein faszinierendes Punktemuster auf Boden, Wand oder Pflanzen.
