Lycopodium goebelii wächst terrestrisch oder epiphytisch in moosreichen, kühlen bis temperierten Bergwäldern. Bevorzugt schattige Standorte mit hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit, gleichmäßiger Feuchte und guter Luftzirkulation.
Beschreibung & Anmerkungen:
Diese selten kultivierte Bärlapp-Art zeichnet sich durch ihren dichten, aufrechten bis leicht überhängenden Wuchs mit schmalen, nadelartigen Blättern aus. Die Pflanze wirkt archaisch und erinnert an urtümliche Waldgesellschaften. In Kultur empfiehlt sich ein dauerhaft leicht feuchtes, sehr luftiges Substrat sowie der Schutz vor Wärme, Trockenheit und direkter Sonneneinstrahlung.
