Nase
Der 2023er La Bonnode Ovoïde ist in diesem Jahr die dritte Variante der Lage La Bonnode. Dass es Sinn macht und durchaus ein Spaß ist, die drei Weine nebeneinander zu probieren, zeigt der Chardonnay aus dem Beton-Ei noch einmal eindrucksvoll. In der Nase wirkt er etwas grüner, mit etwas mehr Limette als Zitrone und auch grünem Apfel neben dem gelben Aspekt mit Küchenkräutern und Reineclauden. Hinzu kommt eine kreidige Komponente.
Gaumen
Am Gaumen zeigt sich der Ovoïde glockenklar, präzise und balanciert. Das Beton-Ei hat dem Wein eine andere Textur verliehen, die vielleicht an einen japanischen Wasserschleifstein erinnern mag. Der Chardonnay präsentiert sich hellgelb mit grünen Aspekten, viel Zitrusfrucht, aber auch etwas Kernobst. Die Säure baut zum Finale hin immer mehr Druck auf und trifft dort auf die für die Weine der Brets so typische mundwässernde Salzigkeit.
Informationen zum Wein
Die Bret-Brüder bewirtschaften eine lediglich zwei Hektar umfassende Parzelle im Climat »La Bonnode« in Saint-Véran. Sie liegt auf 250 Metern Höhe und ist nach Osten ausgerichtet. Unterhalb des Roche de Vergisson liegend, ist sie geprägt von Lehm auf Kalkstein. Die Reben sind 35 Jahre alt. Geerntet wurde am 22. und 23. September 2021 per Handlese. Es folgte eine Ganztraubenpressung und dann die Spontanvergärung. Danach wurde der Chardonnay über 17 Monate zunächst in einem Beton-Ei und nach der Assemblage in neutralen Cuves ausgebaut. Der Wein wurde erst vor der Füllung leicht geschwefelt. Der Gesamtschwefel liegt bei 29 mg/l. Der Wein hat einen pH-Wert von 3,21.Shipping Notes

These are cheaply made, and garbage, highly dangerous letting a dog chew on a battery pack

These units are garbage. I got one for each of my dogs charged it up turned it on put it inside the rubberized ball shell and securely fastened it less than two minutes later my dog had taken it apart by just biting it and then started to chew on the battery and motor unit. So if you wanna have a lithium polymer fire in your house and potentially kill your animal, go ahead and get this, but if you do not want a fire in your house and you want your animal to live then absolutely do not buy this garbage it’s cheap we made and it’s not strong enough for any dog

Good Product, but images over promise just a little.

- Performs well on tile and low pile carpet. On artificial grass it doesn’t roll even on the highest setting; it only vibrates. Watch the video.
- Still fun for my pup. I’ve only had it a day so no clue about durability although my dog is a strong chewer.
- Price Value: When purchased it was 2 balls for the same price of a single ball from competitor.
- Material feels like a Nerf football. Easy to disassemble and charge.

Best jiggle balls we have found thus far

Yes ! First off this was a great value for the money. The balls function just as described and they have a decent battery life. They entertain both our goldens for a good bit of time. They have so far held up and not been chewed up . We limit the time and put them away after that time.. to avoid them being destroyed. Of all the jiggle balls we have purchased these are by far the best. The way the component is encased in the rubber protects it.. and it screws together very well. I am so pleased with these !
