Lagerung bis zu 12 Jahre. Gekühlt servieren. Schramsberg hat dank dieser sensationellen Abfüllung, die erstmals 1965 hergestellt wurde, den Ruf, außergewöhnliche Schaumweine zu keltern. Damals war er der erste trockene Sekt aus Chardonnay, der in den USA verkauft wurde. Noch berühmter wurde der Blanc de Blancs im Jahr 1972, als er von Präsident Nixon beim "Toast to Peace"-Dinner in Peking serviert wurde. Für die Herstellung dieses Schaumweins verwendet Schramsberg kleine Chargen von Weinen, die in Eichenfässern vergoren wurden, um ihnen zusätzliche Komplexität und eine reichhaltige, cremige Textur zu verleihen. Der Wein wird dann einer zweiten Gärung in der Flasche unterzogen, demselben Verfahren wie bei der Herstellung von Champagner in Frankreich, und reift zwei Jahre lang auf der Hefe, bevor er degorgiert wird. Diese lange Reifezeit schafft einen raffinierten und anmutigen Schaumwein mit vielen kleinen Bläschen, einem Hauch von Toast und Vanillegewürz und einem mittleren Körper. Am Gaumen finden sich reichlich Noten von hellen Limetten, Grapefruit, grünem Apfel und Aprikose, die sich mit Geißblatt, Ingwer und Honig vermischen. Das komplexe und doch erfrischende Geschmacksprofil macht diesen Wein zu einem großartigen Aperitif, aber auch zum idealen Partner für Austern, Ceviche, würzigen Thai-Currys, gegrilltem Wolfsbarsch oder Brathähnchen.Shipping Notes

Perfect Lightweight Sheets for Sensitive Hot sleepers

These sheets are soft, thin, and absolutely perfect for me. I have advanced CRPS and erythromelalgia, so I deal with severe nerve burning and heat sensitivity and cannot tolerate being overheated at all. I keep our AC between 56–64 degrees constantly, and since our studio is small, it usually stays around 61–63.
These sheets have been a lifesaver for sleep. They are lightweight, breathable, and don’t trap heat, which helps me avoid extreme flare-ups and the intense burning pain I deal with. I'm bedridden so I need to be comfortable. They feel comfortable against my skin and don’t worsen my symptoms when I’m already in a lot of pain and look nice, wash nicely.
For the price, they are also a great value. I’m genuinely grateful to have found something that helps me rest more comfortably. Will be buying more for us and gifts.
