Lage: Gimmeldinger Biengarten liegt zwischen Gimmeldingen und Königsbach, auf nach Osten abfallenden Terrassen, am Waldrand

Boden: Aufschluss aus tertiärem Kalkmergel – Terra fusca, wurzeln die Reben tief im hellen, bröckeligen Gestein

Lese und Ausbau: Ältesten Reben stammen aus den 1980er-Jahren, 2020 gelesen, spontan im Holz vergoren, im Juni 2021 auf die Flasche gebracht und 46 Monate auf der Hefe gereift, degorgiert im April 2025, 0 Gramm Dosage
