Das CTX Pad/Strap Set ist die neueste Entwicklung. Das 4-Punkt-System der Straps sorgt für einen sehr großen Verstellbereich der Schlaufe und kann auf jede Fußgröße angepasst werden, auch für Schuhe bestens geeignet. Die Straps sind, wie alle Straps von Project 5, mit dem speziellen softtouch Schaum gepolstert. Das STEP-LOCK System ermöglicht eine einfache Montage, die Schlaufe kann sich dadurch nicht mehr verdrehen und es bietet viele weitere individuelle Einstellvarianten sowohl der Schlaufe als auch des Pads. Zusätzlich ermöglicht die 5-fach-Winkel-Positionierung des Pads für jeden Fahrstil die passende Einstellung - von Freeride bis Freestyle. Das Shock Pad mit ergonomischem Fußbett, harmonischer Zehenwelle und absorbierender Polsterung bietet einen sehr guten Halt und optimale Dämpfung bei höchstem Fahrkomfort. Einstellbereich von ca. 36-47 ohne Schuhe, 35-44 mit Schuhen, Lochabstand ca. 14.8-16.5 cm, extrem leicht, nur ca. 780 Gramm für das komplette Set!

There seems to be a chronic problem with the provided dispensing pump.

I looked at online reviews of the product performance and was impressed by its purported ability seal tire punctures. While the product may (or may not) perform well, the provided dispensing pump is pathetically unsuited for the application and it is impossible to clear the pump once the material clogs the small dispensing port. Some of the reviews indicated this but i assumed that they were not very mechanical inclined customers. The product, by design, has particulates, of varying sizes, suspended in the liquid sealant. The port on pump is very small and easily becomes blocked with the sealant and particulates that cannot be cleared; even when following the instructions to do so. It is very irresponsible for the manufacturer to continue selling this item with inevitable relative failure of the pump as this is the only way to get the sealant into a tire.

Had a slow leak where my tire went from 44psi to ~18psi over 2-3 days… Dashboard light would let me know every few days that I had a tire problem and I would inflate the tire back up to 44psi… Anyway, I used this product and filled air back to 44 psi and it’s held the pressure for a month already !!!! Be sure to deflate tire to ~15 PSI before adding the product… it only took about 30 seconds to empty the container into my tire with the tire pressure low. Very happy with this product !!!
