Herkunft & Vinifikation

Der Ruppertsberger Linsenbusch liegt in der Pfalz, nördlich von Deidesheim – Kalkstein-Boden, kühler als die südlicheren Lagen, ideal für Chardonnay mit Spannung. Ganztraubenpressung, Spontangärung, Ausbau im gebrauchten Tonneau. Die feine Reduktion ist gewollt – sie gibt dem Wein seinen Charakter.

Im Glas – Verkostungsnotiz

Feuerstein, Salzzitrone und reifer weißer Pfirsich in der Nase. Am Gaumen straff und präzise, mit lebendigem Säurenerv und kalkiger Mineralität. Langer Abgang mit Frische und Zug. Ein Chardonnay aus der Pfalz, der nichts verschleiert.
